Reception

Seniors at barre

We offer a Reception service to answer general questions, receive payments and advise personal account balances. Reception also fits uniform items including new and second hand leotards, character and tap skirts and second hand ballet, tap and jazz shoes. Enrolment forms are to be completed online where possible and all queries of a personal nature are to be forwarded to Lorraine Bennett, Director - lorraine@classicalballetcentre.com.au.

For the first two weeks of first term and the first week of remaining terms, Reception will be open Monday-Friday from 3:30-5:45pm and Saturday as per below.

For the remainder of each term Reception will be open at the following times:

  • Tuesday 3:30-5:45pm
  • Wednesday 3:45-5:45pm
  • Thursday 3:30-5:30pm
  • Saturday 8:45-12:00noon

New items may be purchased by cash, cheque or direct debit, payment to be made the day the goods are received. Second hand items are payable by cash only. Unfortunately we are not able to lend items or put items 'on hold'.

Manual payment may be made anytime classes are held. Enclose your invoice in an envelope or clearly write your child's name and payment details on the front, we have spare envelopes on the wall opposite the reception desk. Include payment, seal and 'post' in the safebox attached to the wall above the reception desk. Return slips during the year may also be 'posted' - envelopes are not required.

To leave second hand items there is also a drop chute in the reception wall - please affix student's name and price, or we can price for you. N.B. CBCC sells second hand goods as a free service to current CBCC families, departing families are welcome to collect unsold items. As we do not keep a record of second hand stock, families leave items at reception at their own risk, CBCC will not refund 'lost' items. If an item has been sold you will receive a note in your mail folder, please see reception for reimbursement.
